This Agreement is entered into by and between Quantum Business Solutions Network, Inc.
19900 MacArthur Boulevard, 11th Floor Irvine, California 92612, (Broker) and (Finder) concerning the buyer and/or seller described below (Please check below.):

2. The parties mutually agree that in the event the Broker, his employees or agents complete the sale of a business to the above listed buyer, or completes the sale of a business of the referred seller, the Broker will pay to Finder an amount equal to ten Percent (10%) of such amounts received by Broker. Such percentage shall be deemed to include the same percentage of any retainer or similar fee previously received by Broker if such retainer is to be credited against any commission due by reason of the listing agreement.

3. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of three years from the date of referral.

4. The laws of the State of California govern this Agreement.

5. This Agreement is not assignable. All assignments or attempted assignments by Broker shall be deemed void and of no force and effect.

6. All parties hereby agree that a facsimile copy of this Agreement will be deemed an original for all purposes, and hereby waives the necessity of providing the original copy of this Agreement to bind the other.
